Nutrition & Wellbeing Workshop
These workshops are run throughout the year to promote healthy living & help change behaviour & lifestyle of members & the local community 
- Nutritional workshops are embedded as part of the monthly network club & are complimented with ‘Hot Meals’
- These sessions are run by trained & registered Public Health Nutritionists who use a variety of approaches to engage service users including quiz, group discussions & the famous ‘Food Plate’
