Annual Quiz Night 2013 - Event Support needed

The Shane project will be holding their annual Quiz Night Fundraising event on Sat. 28th September at 7:00pm.

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed volunteers for the day. They will be assisting with the general running of the event on the day. Prepare and photocopy materials for mail-outs as well as file all records. Organise and cover reception and registration desk, serve food/ beverages, sell merchandise, set up information stalls, prepare hall, clearing away during & after event, and other ad hoc duties.

We need volunteers in the following areas:

- Front of House
- Photographer
- Ushers
- Scorers
- Adjudicators
